Sheryl Cundiff Sheryl joined the team in 2003 as our Advertising Specialist and Property Manager.  Sheryl creates and develops the advertising used in various media.  She also manages and maintains over 70 rental properties, and is most definitely an integral part of our Team. E-mail Sheryl

Laura Bech Laura handles all listings from inception to contact.  Laura is highly organized and professional, and a BIG asset to our team. E-mail Laura

Iris Becker Iris is our Administrative Support.  Her responsibilities include directing all the incoming calls to the proper party and greeting everyone that comes through the door.  She is responsible for all of our front office duties and our first point of contact. E-mail Iris

Diane Gross Diane is one of our closing coordinators.  She cordinates all elements required to assist clients from the time a contract is written straight through to closing.  Diane works with all parties involved in completing the transaction including buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and the title companies.  Diane also has the great advantage of being a licensed Realtor. Susan Carpenter Susan is one of our closing coordinators.  She has been a Real Estate Professional in the Tampa Bay area since 1986.  Susan specializes in management of commercial and residential properties including rentals and leasing.  She is part of The Jeff and Karen Team to make the sale or purchase of your real estate an easy transaction for our buyers and sellers. Lyle Larson Lyle has been a Real Estate Professional since 1998, and has helped our Team to realize our motto, "Results you can count on!" ever since.  As a Buyers Agent, he specializes in single family home resales including condos, villas, homes, and water front or country estates.  From Spring Hill to Trinity and all of West Pasco, he will help you find it. Annie Lopinto-Conant Annie Lopinto-Conant is a new addition to our office.  She has been in the area for the last four years.  She is a former Social Worker and prides herself on understanding the individual needs of her clients.  Her fondest wish is to touch the lives of her client's by finding them the right home or investment property.
